Christina Newell
Visual Art Instructor
Christina Newell was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. After going Outside for her B.A. in Art, and a teaching license, she moved back to Anchorage and began teaching art. Last summer she finished her Master's of Science in Counseling Psychology, focusing on how people use art to better express themselves and other therapeutic aspects of art. She is currently an art teacher at Polaris K-12.
